Customer Channels Group/Research & Safety Division
The Sales Development Program (SDP) is a three (3) month experience crafted to accelerate the careers of high potential college graduates and prepare them for immediate territory management within the organization. These next-gen leaders will have a background in science and demonstrate a passion for sales. If you love science and are interested in sales this program is an excellent way to build your career with a global leader!
Please note: Candidates will be part of a cohort anticipated to start in October 2025.
Upon graduation from Sales Development Program you will transition into a full-time role with the Inside Sales team .
