What youll do
A commercially astute team player youll be working in the Enterprise Architecture team leading the design architecture & integration solutions that will drive Tabcorps efficiency and growth whilst aligning business strategy with IT.
As a trusted expert in leveraging & optimising technologies you will be responsible for owning and maintaining the enterprise architectural blueprints and diagrams at the group level.
Additionally you will guide the business in understanding and implementing robust sustainable technology solutions to ensure the organisations technology is future proof.
What youll bring
- Exceptional stakeholder management influencing and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience leading architecture in a complex multi-platform enterprise environment undergoing large-scale digital transformation and/or modernisation.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g. Azure AWS GCP) and hybrid environments.
- Hands-on experience with architecture tools such as Sparx EA LeanIX MEGA or Orbus.
- Expertise in creating and documenting architecture and designs managing EA repositories and outlining guidelines to support a dynamic technology and business landscape.
- Robust background developing business-aligned IT strategies frameworks blueprints and roadmaps.
- Hands-on experience with a wide range of technologies in cloud integration AI data and digital transformation.
- A collaborative mindset with experience working in various delivery models utilising agile lean and DevOps practices.
