Position Title: System HRIS Analyst & Business Intelligence Specialist
Position Status: Exempt
Work Hours: MonFri. Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays; Secondary holidays may be a scheduled workday
Reports To: System Human Resource Manager
Location: Systems Office Orchard Park NY
This role offersahybrid work schedule offering the flexibility to work from home up to three days a week while providing the opportunity for in-person collaboration
Position Summary:
The HRIS Analyst / Business Intelligence Specialist position is a key position that supports all Human Resources technologies and systems. Responsible to maintain the integrity and reliability of the colleges HRIS ensuring modules meet the needs requirements and objectives of the HR department Senior Leadership and campuses. Uses Business Intelligence/Cognos report writing skills to analyze data flows for process improvement opportunities.This position supports HR functions including but not limited to benefits compensation compliance performance management and workforce analytics. This position supports the Benefit and Retirement Specialist and will be a backup for this position.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Position requires standing or sitting in a stationary position as well as the occasional need to lift carry push and/or move objects up to 10 pounds.

Salary Information:
The base pay range for this role is between $70000 - $75000 per year and your base pay will depend your skills qualifications and experience. Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate of the base pay for this position. Information about the total compensation package for this position will be provided during the interview process.
