The Business Intelligence Analyst at AbbVie will be instrumental in the design implementation and optimization of Patient Support Programs. This role involves data gathering and analysis developing insights and working cross-functionally to create patient-centric solutions. The Senior Business Analyst will drive data-driven initiatives aimed at enhancing patient access adherence and overall patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends gaps and actionable insights for improving program performance utilizing advanced statistical techniques and visualization tools to interpret complex datasets identify key drivers and communicate findings effectively to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Commercial Medical Market Access Business Intelligence Finance and BTS to strategize and analyze business requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations.
- Spearhead the preparation and delivery of detailed reports and dynamic dashboards that provide stakeholders with critical insights into program performance metrics and emerging opportunities for growth. Provide timely and readily accessible data enabling departments to swiftly respond to market events and fluctuations ensuring that the organization remains adaptive and resilient in the face of evolving industry landscapes and unforeseen challenges.
- Use the detailed outcomes and insights derived from these efforts to streamline internal operations and to allow greater agility in an evolving market landscape for Abbvie Care or other stakeholder. Create a strategic opportunity to facilitate informed decision-making and enhance our capacity to navigate market dynamics effectively.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all facets of Patient Support Programs.
- Support the design and implementation of system enhancements and new features to optimize patient support processes.
- Collaborate extensively with Business Intelligence Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) Medical and Legal teams as well as external partners (physicians payers etc.) to design and manage data registries or surveys within AbbVie Care.
- Drive the establishment and expansion of data sharing and exchange projects aimed at generating and supporting Real World Evidence (RWE) contributing to a deeper understanding of program impacts and patient outcomes.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Health Services or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with patient support programs and an understanding of healthcare regulations is a plus.
- Proficient in business analysis tools and software (e.g. Microsoft Excel SQL SAP).
- Project management skills with the capability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge and Competencies:
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize among multiple projects and work with limited guidance.
- High degree of critical thinking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.

- Experience with data management BI platforms and CRM systems.

- Experience in developing and implementing metrics for Patient/HCP Journey is advantageous.
- Ability to demonstrate actions and behavior that support AbbVies cultural values and leadership attributes.

Language and Computer Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and familiarity with .
