Pay Range: $75000 - $85000 Annually
Schedule: Full-time
FLSA Status/CBA: Exempt Non-union

Job Summary
The Director of ICF Residential Services is responsible for the leadership oversight and regulatory compliance of Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF) operated by Home of Guiding Hands. These homes serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who require structured medically supported residential services. The Director ensures all programs meet or exceed standards set by federal and state agencies including ICF/IID regulations Title 17 Title 22 and Department of Developmental Services (DDS) guidelines.
Reporting to the Vice President of Residential Services the Director LMAs (Leads Manages and holds Accountable) Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professionals (QIDPs) fostering a multidisciplinary approach to care planning and implementation. The Director collaborates closely with clinical teams including nursing behavioral and direct support staff to promote individualized person-centered services that support each residents unique needs and goals.
This role also oversees systems training tracks compliance and manages both client referral screenings and staff applicant processing. The Director is a key driver of quality assurance staff development and operational effectiveness ensuring that the ICF programs are positioned for long-term success while remaining responsive to emerging needs.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment
This job operates in a residential home environment. The employee is frequently required to stand walk and sit. The employee may frequently move to interact with fellow employees and/or clients. Additionally the individual may be required to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Specific abilities required by this job include utilizing wheelchairs gait belts Hoyer lifts and using the buddy system to lift over 50 pounds.
