The Red Hat MENA Sales Team is looking for an experienced Account Executive to join us in Qatar.
As an Account Executive is a sales professional responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with clients. The primary focus of the role is to generate revenue by selling products or services to new and existing customers. Account Executives play a crucial role in the growth and success of a company by identifying potential opportunities understanding client needs and effectively presenting solutions that meet those needs. You will own the overall responsibility for the government sector accounts and manage the relationship with the internal stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide solutions that align with their business objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations product demonstrations and proposals to potential clients.
Handle price negotiations and contract discussions to close deals while maintaining profitability for the company.
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing customer support and product development to ensure client needs are met effectively.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records activity reports and client information using CRM software.
Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to sales management helping to assess progress and make informed decisions.
Position Red Hat all levels of the organization with focus on C-level executives and maintain existing and develop new relationships
Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the accounts in terms of business volume and relationships
Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing
Actively drive activities with your team members to effectively support your business goals and long term strategies that will increase the overall customer satisfaction
What You Will Bring
Hands-on experience selling within the software market with specific government sector accounts expertise
Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role selling SW solutions; understanding the opportunities that exist within this market segment
Outstanding track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in selling complex solutions to large organizations and multiple decision makers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal engineering commercial and executive levels
Solid understanding of market dynamics including customer needs processes offerings and competition
Exceptional presentation and negotiation abilities
Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related tools
Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to perform within a highly dynamic environment & regionally distributed team
Business acumen with ability to demonstrate creativity and innovative thinking
Strong negotiation presentation and time management skills
Fluent Arabic and English language skills

Understanding of open source software
