Job Summary
Collaborate with schools in creating and implementing strategies and initiatives for the purpose of school enrollment growth. Contribute to projects that include event planning written and strategic communications and assist school leadership across the district. Coordinate the development of all related communications as necessary including digital and print. Offer creative vision for prospective family outreach customer service new student enrollment and other strategic areas to achieve the districts enrollment goals. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure excellence in all work products.
Essential Functions
with your team and school leadership in a select portfolio of schools to support the implementation of enrollment growth strategies and tactics at the school and district level.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in communications or public relations.
Experience: Three (3) years experience in public relations or strategic communications.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of strategic communications planning and tactics
Knowledge of event planning and management
Advanced skills in writing editing and proofreading for a variety of audiences
Strong oral written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to draft materials on a wide range of topics
Ability to facilitate work with a wide range of individuals and groups from a culturally diverse setting
Advanced detail-orientation skills
Advanced problem-solving skills
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with district departments and school leadership
