Location: Osborne Park WA (8/6 Local roster)
Reports to: Regional Hub Lead
Are you a proactive maintenance planner with a passion for maximizing fleet availability Emeco is seeking a Short Term Planner Minors to lead maintenance scheduling and support equipment reliability across multiple mining sites. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a rolling 3-week short-term maintenance plan.
Schedule preventative statutory and defect-related maintenance tasks.
Align planning with labour capacity tooling and part availability.
Coordinate breakdown responses and adjust plans to minimize downtime.
Lead weekly and daily maintenance planning meetings with site stakeholders.
Monitor completion of plans using Emeco Operating System (EOS) reports.
Close out work orders in AMT (CMMS) and ensure data accuracy.
Trade qualification (preferably in HME); planning/management degree is a bonus. Otherwise - Experience in this field of work.
Experience with CAT Hitachi and Komatsu equipment in a mining environment.
Strong planning and scheduling background using CMMS tools (especially AMT).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance reporting systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Sound knowledge of mining operations and equipment reliability drivers.
Work on a well-maintained fleet across multiple major mining operations.
