Job Summary
As an IT Procurement Specialist you will bring your expertise in buying IT products in order to support PartnerRes IT procurement global needs. This is a short-term contract with a potential extension. The role is based in Dublin and mainly focused on Intellectual Services but might cover Hardware and Software procurement as well.
- Negotiation of IT contracts and procurement of IT services goods consulting and software ensuring competitive pricing for the value proposed
- Involvement in and handling of RfP activities compliance matters license contracts SaaS terms and conditions.
- Interaction with internal requestors and other stakeholders like Legal (IT) Compliance and Data Protection
- Management of & Interaction with vendors / suppliers
- Contract Management
Qualifications :
You bring at least 5 years experience in Procurement including 1 experience minimum in IT procurement and you possess the following skills and exposure:
- Experience in legal and compliance matters related to contracts in Information Technology
- Ability and experience to work in an international and multi-cultural environment
- Results-focus and bias towards action
- Ability to leverage interpersonal skills to establish rapport and develop relationships
- Work effectively and collaboratively with various departments levels and locations throughout the organization
- Knowledge of French and/or German an advantage
- Good oral and written communication skills; capacity to adapt to interlocutor
- Autonomy adaptability and proven negotiation Skills
- Ideally you hold a Masters in Procurement or equivalent (an asset)
