As we continue to grow and evolve we are seeking an experienced Head of Leadership and Learning to design and deliver the leadership and business development capabilities that will shape our future success.

This is your opportunity to redefine how we develop leaders at every level from senior partners to emerging talent across the firm. Youll be responsible for building the frameworks programs and pathways that align to firm strategy and empower our people to grow and thrive.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer youll be a strategic thinker thought leader and subject matter expert who collaborates with senior leaders and stakeholders to identify opportunities and create scalable solutions that deliver measurable impact.

What youll be doing

  • Developing and deliver a learning strategy aligned with the firms purpose values and long-term goals.
  • Leading a team of L&D professionals focused on capability development leadership pathways and career progression for partners and employees.
  • Embedding a culture of continuous learning and growth through innovative programs coaching and development frameworks.
  • Partnering with the business to anticipate future needs deliver capability uplift and develop core learning programs from graduate to partner level.
  • Ensuring all learning initiatives are inclusive measurable and contribute to performance engagement and retention.
  • Keeping up with new trends in leadership development and AI to recommend solutions that enhance learning outcomes.
  • Contributing to the broader People & Development strategy as a member of the P&D leadership team.

Who you are

  • Youll have 10 years experience in learning and development roles ideally within a professional services or complex corporate environment.
  • Youre a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of leadership development and adult learning principles.
  • Youve demonstrated success in designing and delivering impactful leadership and capability programs.
  • Youre collaborative with a passion for building high performing teams.
  • Youre confident and comfortable influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Youre passionate about creating engaging learning experiences that drive behaviour change and build future-ready capability.
