Lettings Negotiator
Reading
Basic salary of 20000 - 23000 (depending on experience) with a realistic OTE 35000
Monday - Friday 8.45am to 6pm 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:45am to 4pm
Due to continued expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven Lettings Negotiator to join an award winning estate agency and experienced lettings team. Are you the right person to join our successful team
Principle Accountabilities:
Generate arrange and carry out viewings of properties to let
Build and maintain long term relationships with Landlords
Ensure all office systems/service standards are adhered to
The right candidate will be:
The right candidate will ideally have at least 1 years experience in the property industry - with a can-do attitude ability to close a deal great attention to detail and eagerness to learn and develop.
Able to learn quickly take responsibility and strive for success
A dynamic fun individual who thrives in a team and takes ownership of their own projects
An A player who isnt afraid of hard work
Someone who can build relationships with our clients whilst also exploring new opportunities
A key member of our team who believes in our purpose values and culture
Have a Full UK Driving Licence and your own car
Job Challenges:
Ability to maintain challenging workload
Ability to achieve targets and to manage your time accordingly
Ability to work long hours
Ability and desire to keep abreast of and adhere to the latest letting s legislation
