An experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator / Lister is required in Cheshunt with proven listing skills and a track record of winning instructions securing lettings deals and delivering excellent results for landlords and tenants.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and driven Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator to take on a key role covering maternity leave within a successful independent agency in Cheshunt.

The position is initially offered as maternity cover but there is genuine potential for the right candidate to secure a permanent role. You must be a confident instruction winner with strong listing ability capable of generating new business building landlord relationships and closing lettings deals while delivering exceptional customer service.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Winning new instructions and listing rental properties
• Generating and securing new business opportunities
• Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
• Negotiating and closing successful lettings deals
• Building strong lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process
• Achieving and exceeding personal and branch targets
• Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and company standards

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven track record in listing and winning instructions (essential)
• Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• High-level customer service and communication ability
• Ambitious confident and professional approach
• Well-presented and articulate
• Local knowledge of Cheshunt (advantageous)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
