Reeds Rains Widnes Branch are now looking for a highly motivated Negotiator to join our expanding estate agency on a permanent basis.

As a Negotiator working at Reeds Rains you will receive:
- Pay in the region of 24000 - 26000 per annum (OTE)
- Basic salary from 24000 plus monthly commission pay

In the role of a Negotiator you will:
- Register Customers and carry out property matches
- Generate and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between all parties
- Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages conveyancing insurance)
- Display excellent customer service at all times
Industry experience is preferred but this is not essential as training will be provided. Ideally you will be able to evidence previous sales &/or customer service experienceand have the ability to work in a fast paced customer focussed environment.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
