Salary:OTE 40000 per annum
Position: Permanent Full-Time

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading independent estate agency in the Crawley area as a Sales Negotiator. Our client is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual with some experience in residential property sales. However candidates with less experience but the right attitude energy and passion for estate agency will also be considered.
Whether you are starting out or already have a background in sales this role offers fantastic career growth within a supportive and ambitious environment.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Generating and winning new business opportunities
- Conducting property viewings and converting them into sales
- Meeting and exceeding individual and branch sales targets
- Providing an outstanding customer experience at all times
- Handling negotiations and maintaining accurate records
- Spotting opportunities to maximise business and closing deals efficiently
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Experience in residential property sales (preferred but not essential)
- Strong sales ability with a proactive and driven attitude
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Professional customer-focused approach
- Knowledge of Crawley and surrounding areas (advantageous)
- Full UK driving licence and own car (essential)
- Well-presented ambitious and self-motivated
