Energetic Lettings Negotiator needed in Surbiton for a busy established Estate and Lettings agency. Ideal for candidates with local knowledge strong sales skills and passion for exceptional customer service and who has some previous lettings experience

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Manage lettings enquiries and viewings for residential properties
• Negotiate tenancy agreements and prepare relevant documentation
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with landlords and tenants
• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with regulations
• Keep abreast of local market trends and conditions in Staines
• Deliver outstanding customer service and support throughout the tenancy process
• Collaborate with the wider team to maximise lettings opportunities
• Promote the agencys services to generate new business

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• High level of customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude with a professional well-presented approach
• Local knowledge of the Surbiton area is preferred
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
• Ambitious self-motivated and target-driven
• Thorough understanding of estate agency lettings procedures
