Farm Laborer / Hunting Guide/Customer Service

Overview:
Corteva is seeking a reliable and motivated individual for a seasonal role that combines general farm labor, customer service, and hunting guide responsibilities. This is a unique opportunity to work outdoors and provide exceptional service to our valued guests.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, moving materials, loading/unloading vehicles, and field work
• Assist with exterior maintenance (e.g., snow removal)
• Serve as a hunting guide during season (target shooting, waterfowl, pheasant, deer hunting)
• Ensure guest safety and meet all legal hunting regulations
• Transport harvested game to processing facilities
• Deliver first-class customer service and represent Corteva with professionalism

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and ability to perform physical labor
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of hunting regulations and experience in guiding preferred
• Must be flexible with workdays and shift lengths (up to 15 hours/day)
