Job Summary
Snyder Industries Inc. a leader in providing high-quality machined components to the heavy equipment industry is seeking a General Laborer to join our first-shift team. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable safety-conscious and eager to support our operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain coolant tanks.
- Change filters on machines and equipment.
- Provide hands-on assistance to other team members as needed.
- Perform general shop and facility upkeep tasks.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Report any unusual situations safety concerns or defective materials to supervision.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to use hand tools and follow written/verbal instructions.
- Must be dependable detail-oriented and able to work as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to stand bend lift and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
