Job Description
Location: Fort Worth TX 76104
Shift: 10 HR Days 07:00 AM - 05:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: (50 hours/week)
Compensation: Based on experience
- Deliver direct patient care before during and after surgical procedures
- Prepare the operating room and surgical instruments and ensure sterile conditions
- Collaborate with the surgical team to monitor patients and assist during surgeries
- Administer medications and manage post-operative recovery per protocol
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Monitor for signs of complications and respond swiftly in emergencies
- Educate patients and families regarding surgical procedures and recovery
- Comply with hospital policies safety procedures and infection control standards
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate or Bachelors degree in Nursing).
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Operating Room (OR).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in GYN surgical procedures.
- Current BLS Certification (or must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
