RN Clinic Supervisor Lead With Purpose Empower With Care
Are you a passionate RN looking to step into a leadership role where you can truly make a difference Our client is seeking an RN Clinic Supervisor to oversee daily operations at a dynamic on-site clinic. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives in a collaborative fast-paced environment and is ready to elevate team performance and patient care quality.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 100% On-Site
What Youll Do:
- Lead day-to-day clinic operations with a focus on delivering high-quality participant care.
- Coach mentor and support clinical staff including RNs LVNs Medical Assistants and Schedulers.
- Collaborate closely with the Center Manager and Medical Director to improve patient workflows and outcomes.
- Act as a liaison between clinical teams and other departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Be the go-to person for CMS auditors and play a key role in maintaining compliance and quality.
- Monitor clinical performance metrics and spearhead improvement initiatives.
- Manage clinic inventory equipment and day-to-day logistics.
- Provide occasional direct patient support including triage and clinical assessments.
- Cultivate a positive learning culture by delivering ongoing training and development to staff.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday full-time onsite (no remote/hybrid option)
