Job Description

Develop implement and monitor quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) policies procedures and standards to ensure all projects meet the required quality benchmarks.

Conduct regular quality inspections audits and assessments of construction activities materials and processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

Identify areas of non-conformance and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and improve processes.

Collaborate with project managers engineers and subcontractors to ensure that quality requirements are integrated into project planning and execution.

Review and approve project-related documents such as quality plans inspection test plans (ITPs) and method statements ensuring they adhere to quality standards.

Manage the testing and inspection of materials equipment and workmanship ensuring they meet the required quality and safety standards.

Provide training and guidance to staff and subcontractors on quality management practices inspection techniques and quality improvement initiatives.

Maintain quality records documentation and reports ensuring accurate tracking and traceability of all quality-related activities.

Monitor and report on quality performance KPIs and trends providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement to senior management.

Stay updated with the latest industry quality standards codes and best practices ensuring the organizations quality program remains current and effective.
