Job Description:
Seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the design construction and startup of wastewater-related infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will serve as the owners representative coordinating between consultants contractors regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage entire project lifecycle of wastewater infrastructure projects
- Supervise design process with external consultants
- Provide onsite oversight during construction
- Coordinate with internal operations contractors regulators and inspectors
- Prepare and review bid documents and specifications
- Lead bidding and recommendation processes
Required Skills:
- 10 years of experience in wastewater engineering or construction
- Proven project or construction management experience
- Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- Familiarity with regulatory processes
- Prior experience representing owners during infrastructure construction
