GrabRentals (GR) is a core pillar of Grabs Mobility business with the primary objective of securing vehicular and productive driver-partner supply for Grabs ride-hailing marketplace.

The GrabRentals team houses its own strategy partner management & productivity pricing & product design sales marketing operations et al. functions and also works very closely with other teams in Grab spanning business operations tech and analytics.
In the Strategic Projects team we are focused on ensuring the optimization of our existing business as well as the growth of new businesses.
Get to know the Role:
In this position you will play a vital role within the Strategic Projects team. You will lead the planning and operationalization of growth projects including the deployment of new transportation modalities. You will be the central hub for coordinating complex projects and managing the daily pulse of our on-road operations ensuring seamless execution from planning to operational deployment.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform:
Serve as a project manager between internal teams (operations engineering product) and external partners including technology providers infrastructure partners and regulatory bodies
Act as a critical link between operations and the product/engineering teams. Translate operational challenges learnings and opportunities into actionable feedback to guide the design and iteration of the product and service offerings
Lead the daily operations of the fleet including vehicle preparation maintenance and real-time monitoring
Establish track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). You will be responsible for the continuous monitoring of performance metrics such as safety and uptime identifying trends and generating insights for improvement
Design implement and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all aspects of operations including safety protocols incident response and overall coordination
Develop and implement change management processes to facilitate smooth transitions for new initiatives policies or systems
Qualifications :
Degree holders (preferably in business administration engineering supply chain or economics)
At least 3-5 years of experience in a strategy operations or project management role preferably in the technology automotive or transportation sector
Technical knowledge or direct experience with autonomous vehicles robotics or IoT deployments is a plus
Familiarity with safety management systems and risk assessment methodologies
Able to work independently in a fast-paced and changing environment
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with large datasets and a demonstrated ability to use data to inform decisions and performance tracking
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Strong spoken and written communication skills
