Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons to TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) level students.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the curriculum standards and student needs.
- Employ various teaching methods to address different learning styles and abilities.
- Assess and evaluate students progress through regular tests assignments and projects.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their performance.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers to enhance the overall educational program.
- Participate in staff meetings training workshops and professional development opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and needs.
- Utilize educational technology to enhance lesson delivery and student engagement.
- Incorporate real-world applications of mathematics to foster students interest.
- Support students with special needs and implement tailored instruction as necessary.
- Monitor and manage classroom behavior fostering a culture of respect.
- Prepare students for assessments and examinations effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest educational trends and teaching methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Mathematics or a relevant subject.
- Proficiency in mathematics up to TGT level.
- Teaching certification for TGT level.
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a school setting.
- Strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
- Demonstrated classroom management skills.
- Familiarity with educational technology and online teaching tools.
- Adaptability to different teaching environments and student needs.
- Passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Proficiency in assessment and evaluation techniques.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education and professional development.
- Knowledge of the current educational trends in mathematics education.
