Job Summary
As a Senior Process Executive-SW you will play a crucial role in managing and executing finance-related processes specifically focusing on Record to Report (GL). You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting contributing to the companys financial integrity. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site during day shifts.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute Record to Report processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline finance operations and improve efficiency.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies in all reporting activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to enhance business performance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts to maintain financial accuracy.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely completion.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to optimize workflows.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Utilize technical skills in Finance-Record to Report to enhance reporting capabilities.
- Contribute to the development of best practices in financial reporting and analysis.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and apply them to improve processes.
Qualifications

- Possess strong technical skills in Finance-Record to Report (GL) with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Have experience in Merchandising Finance & Accounting as a nice to have domain skill.
- Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site tasks.
- Exhibit excellent analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Show proficiency in financial software and tools to enhance reporting accuracy.
- Display strong communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain a detail-oriented approach to ensure precision in financial documentation.
