Virtual Rockstar is seeking a dedicated Medical Virtual Assistant to support a leading orthopedic clinic that provides world-class care to both local residents and visitors in Wyoming. This is a full-time long-term remote position ideal for someone with experience in patient scheduling phone support and healthcare communication.

Responsibilities
As a key part of the virtual support team you will:
Answer incoming phone calls from patients and assist with appointment scheduling
Manage the daily appointment calendar and coordinate with the clinical team
Respond to patient inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy
Maintain accurate patient records using ModMed (EHR) and Outlook
Ensure patient privacy proper documentation and adherence to scheduling protocols
Provide clear friendly and proactive communication throughout the patient journey
Future responsibilities may also include:
Contacting patients prior to appointments to gather insurance details and ensure all information is ready for check-in
ModMed (EHR)
Outlook
Internal phone and scheduling systems
Experience in patient-facing roles especially in medical scheduling or front desk settings
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and healthcare workflows
Clear and professional communication skills (verbal and written)
Dependable and organized with a high attention to detail
Team-oriented and able to integrate with both virtual and in-person team members
Full-time availability during Mountain Time business hours
