Job Description

Precision Meets Creativity in Every Event

As a Business Support and Finance Coordinator you will support smooth event execution through client coordination finance tracking supplier engagement and operational assistance. Youll play a key role in making sure everything runs like clockwork on the books and on the floor.

From luxury gatherings to high-impact business events they blend detailed planning with creative flair to exceed expectations every time.

Your Daily Tasks

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients after booking confirmation
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for event delivery
  • Generate invoices and process client payments
  • Liaise with suppliers and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Support daily operations and team coordination
  • Use Xero accounting software (training provided)

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

As a Business Support and Finance Coordinator you must be:

  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Highly organised and efficient with excellent attention to detail
  • Positive proactive and equipped with a can-do attitude
  • Comfortable working with numbers and digital systems
  • Eager to learn grow and develop in a dynamic environment
  • Local to Leicester and enjoy working collaboratively in a team

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time
Shift: 10 AM to 6 PM
Work setup: Hybrid Macedonia
