Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Channel Partner Sales Manager to drive business growth by onboarding managing and nurturing relationships with channel partners (brokers agents IPCs). The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in channel sales within the real estate sector with strong networking and leadership skills.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Partner Acquisition:

Identify onboard and activate high-potential channel partners in target markets.


Relationship Management:

Build strong long-term relationships with channel partners to ensure consistent sales contribution.


Sales Target Achievement:

Drive bookings and revenue generation through partner networks to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Training & Development:

Conduct regular training sessions and project briefings for partners to keep them updated with inventory offers and USPs.


Lead Monitoring & Conversion:

Track CP-generated leads and coordinate with the internal team for timely follow-ups and conversions.


Event Coordination:

Organize CP meets broker events site visits and promotional campaigns to drive engagement.


Reporting & Analytics:

Maintain accurate partner records share performance reports and provide strategic insights to management.

Requirements:


Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).


4 8 years of experience in real estate channel sales.


Strong network of channels partners/brokers in the target location.


Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.


Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.


Self-motivated with a high level of ownership and accountability.

Salary: As per industry standards / Negotiable

Experience: Minimum 4 6 years in sales.
