Training & Development:
Conduct regular training sessions and project briefings for partners to keep them updated with inventory offers and USPs.
Lead Monitoring & Conversion:
Track CP-generated leads and coordinate with the internal team for timely follow-ups and conversions.
Event Coordination:
Organize CP meets broker events site visits and promotional campaigns to drive engagement.
Reporting & Analytics:
Maintain accurate partner records share performance reports and provide strategic insights to management.

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
4 8 years of experience in real estate channel sales.
Strong network of channels partners/brokers in the target location.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
Self-motivated with a high level of ownership and accountability.
