The Washington DC office of a national firm seeks a Transactional Government Contracts Partner to help lead and expand our Government Contracts transactional practices. If youre a deal-focused GovCon attorney ready for leadership better collaboration and the freedom to build this is an opportunity to consider.

Your Role:
- Advise clients on joint ventures M&A SBA & VA matters JVs and strategic partnerships
- Lead and assist with all aspects of practice development and cross-practice collaboration
- Expand your book with BD support and mentorship opportunities
You Bring:
- 10 years experience in transactional Government Contracts law
- $400K in portable business
- Demonstrated success in deals and a collaborative entrepreneurial mindset
