Job Description
How youll make an impact
As the welcoming face of Lumino Mt Eden Village youll set the tone for our patients experience creating a friendly and professional environment from the moment they walk through the door. Youll work closely with the clinical team to keep the practice running smoothly while making each patient feel at ease and well cared for.
In this role youll greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism manage appointments and follow-ups and process payments and health insurance claims. Youll also be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records handling phone and email enquiries and supporting the clinical team by coordinating patient flow and completing key admin tasks. Using our dental practice management software (such as EXACT) youll help ensure everything runs efficiently from front desk to treatment room.
Qualifications :
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND APPROACH:
Youre a people person who thrives in a fast-paced team-oriented environment. Your strong communication skills organisational flair and positive attitude help you manage multiple tasks while keeping things calm and professional.
Were looking for someone with:
1 years of experience as a dental or medical receptionist
Confidence using dental practice management software (ideally EXACT)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
A proactive team-first approach and attention to detail
