We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to support our internal and external communications efforts. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in shaping our voice and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. This position is key in coordinating communication campaigns managing internal communications and contributing to strategic planning initiatives.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and implement internal and external communication strategies
Prepare and edit company materials including press releases reports presentations and newsletters
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and public announcements
Maintain and update communication databases and contact lists
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure message consistency
Track communication campaign metrics and prepare performance reports
Assist in event planning and stakeholder communications
Ensure brand compliance and messaging accuracy across all deliverables
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar communications or coordination role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and project management abilities
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel) and basic design tools
Knowledge of communication principles media relations and content development
