With your native English proficiency and exceptional interpersonal skills youll connect effortlessly with event guests and potential clients. Youll whip up eye-catching marketing materials capture and edit high-quality videos and keep our social media buzzing. Tasks

• Deliver captivating product demos to potential clients (at conferences clients HQ or online).
• Organize and moderate webinars and live events often stepping in front of the camera or crowds.
• Design marketing and sales materials such as sales materials posters slides social media posts.
• Capture and edit high-quality videos during live events or product videos.
• Manage and curate our social media content calendar.
• Engage with event and conference guests collecting leads and making connections.
• Create product and project videos using Premiere Pro or Final Cut.
• Implement SEO strategies including backlink building and monitoring SERPs to boost our online presence.
• Help our executive team masterfully craft a compelling seed investment deck using Microsoft PowerPoint.

Requirements

• You are able to work full-time and live in Berlin.
• Proven native English language proficiency.
• You are comfortable in front of the camera.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with event guests conference visitors or potential clients and partner organizations.
• You are a storyteller and a great growth marketing engineer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Figma for communication design tasks.
• Proficiency in AI image generation tools (Midjourney or Leonardo-ai preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut for video editing.
