We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and internal ticketing systems.
Provide clear concise and helpful guidance on company products and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues escalating to technical teams when necessary.
Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
Maintain a professional and empathetic approach to all customer communications.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Assist in developing and updating customer service procedures and resources.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
