We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our Dallas team. This position serves as a vital connection between our company and clients ensuring a seamless customer experience through excellent communication problem-solving and follow-through.
Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries both in person and via phone/email
Manage client accounts ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
Resolve issues promptly and professionally to maintain client satisfaction
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions
Assist in order processing and tracking including handling special requests
Contribute to improving client service processes and customer experience
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred
1 year of customer service or client relations experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
