We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing strategies managing campaigns and analyzing market trends to support business growth. Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with company objectives
Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (email content print etc.)
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activity
Collaborate with the creative and sales teams to support branding initiatives
Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports
Assist in content creation promotional materials and event planning
Manage marketing budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field
2 years of experience in marketing preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of market research analytics and campaign metrics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
