Job Description

Te Whiwhinga mahi The opportunity

As the Release Train Engineer (RTE) you will lead Agile Release Train (ART) events and practices guiding multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes with flow agility and efficiency. You will champion Lean-Agile values and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) coordinating program increment planning execution reporting and continuous improvement.

Youll be across functions playing a key role in uplifting organisational capability in agile ways of working.

Ng Haepapa Matua Key Responsibilities (not limited too):

  • Lead and facilitate all ART ceremonies (PI Planning Syncs System Demos I&A Re-unification etc.)
  • Enable the continuous flow of value across the ART through effective management
  • Support delivery teams and Scrum Masters to manage risks continuously improve
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Coach leaders teams and individuals in Agile principles practices and mindsets
  • Monitor performance and report on progress for objectives and strategic goals

This is a permanent fulltime (37.5 hours per week) opportunity.

The remuneration is $130000 - $170000 per annum dependent on skills and experience.
