The Commercial Transactions Group in Marvells Legal Department drafts reviews negotiates and manages the companys global commercial agreements. The team partners closely with every business unit and functional group across Marvell and counsels and provides solutions and business and legal advice on best practices and risks for commercial engagements. This role will be part of the Commercial Transactions Group with a focus on supporting the companys non-disclosure requirements general contract administration and ultimately negotiating Marvell buy-side templates. This position plays a crucial role as the entry point in the transaction contract lifecycle.What You Can Expect

68000 - 101800 $ per annumThe successful candidates starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills experience qualifications work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
