About the Role

Were looking for a Commercial Operations Intern to join our Omni-Contact team in Anderlecht. During this 6-month internship youll be directly involved in supporting the tools and systems our Sales Representatives use every day. Youll help test roll out and improve applications while ensuring that our colleagues in the field have everything they need to deliver excellence to our customers.

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in systems support process improvement and cross-functional collaboration within a global organization.

What Youll Be Doing

• Assist in the administration and troubleshooting of internal tools and systems used by Sales Reps in the field.
• Provide support for system updates configurations and integrations.
• Collaborate with BPT and other departments to ensure seamless operation of tools.
• Document processes and create user guides to make tools easy to understand.
• Analyze system performance and propose improvements for greater efficiency.
• Help automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows.
• Support users by resolving issues and responding to system-related queries.

Who Are You

• Currently pursuing a degree in IT Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Proactive motivated and solution-oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently but also enjoy collaborating with a team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills you know how to explain tech in a clear helpful way.
• Interested in how systems and tools can improve business operations.

Languages:

• Very good knowledge of English and strong command of French or Dutch (written & spoken).
• Being trilingual (French Dutch English) is a great plus.
