As a Restoration Project Manager at Voda youll take a hands-on approach to overseeing residential and commercial restoration projects from start to finish. Youll ensure every job is completed correctly on schedule and with outstanding service. Acting as the main point of contact for our clients youll coordinate crews manage estimates and confidently close sales to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Create accurate estimates using Xactimate (Experience Required)
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from inspection to completion
- Confidently sell restoration services educate homeowners and close leads
- Deliver top-tier customer service during stressful situations
- Coordinate with technicians subcontractors and insurance adjusters
- Ensure timely job completion quality control and customer satisfaction
- Has experience using Xactimate for scoping and estimating (required)
- Thrives in a fast-paced multi-project environment
- Has a proven sales ability and is comfortable explaining services to clients
- Is highly organized detail-oriented and proactive
- Brings excellent communication and customer service skills
- Has restoration experience (water fire mold etc.)
