Job Description
At the OCU Group we have been experiencing a sustained high period of growth and expansion within the water sector. Due to this and our continued work winning success we currently have a new opportunity for an experienced Project Manager within water to come and join our team based in Delamere.
What youll be doing
- You will be working closely with the Client and OCU Delivery teams and other stakeholders on clean water projects.
- Working with estimating teams on tenders for clients and commercial bids to help bring in new business whilst developing and presenting project proposals
- Meeting with clients to find out their requirements
- Producing plans and estimating budgets and timescales
- Agreeing budgets and timescales with the clients
- Managing construction schedules and budgets
- Dealing with any unexpected costs
- Attending site meetings to monitor progress
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients and site on project
What we need
- We are looking for a customer focused community minded environmentally / sustainability focussed Project Manager.
- Proven experience and reputation of leading and managing clean water/ water projects.
- Degree or HND qualified in Construction or Project Management.
- Working knowledge of NEC3 / NEC4 / FIDIC contracts desirable.
