Job Description

Role: Lead Pega Developer

Work Location: Charlotte NC

Job Description:
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Pega Developer to design develop and implement Pega applications for complex enterprise-level solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Pega PRPC and related technologies driving high-quality deliverables and collaborating with business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design build and implement Pega PRPC applications aligned with business requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into scalable Pega solutions.
  • Customize and configure Pega case management UI integrations and decision rules.
  • Develop and maintain APIs and integrations with external systems.
  • Conduct unit testing performance tuning and troubleshooting for Pega applications.
  • Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to coding standards and guidelines.
  • Participate in design reviews sprint planning and Agile ceremonies.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation for Pega solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
  • Hands on expereince on Team Coordination (Onsite & Offeshore)
  • 5 years of hands-on experience with Pega PRPC development.
  • Strong understanding of Pega frameworks like Customer Service Marketing or Sales Automation.
  • Experience with Pega integrations (REST SOAP JMS etc.) and external system connectivity.
  • Expertise in Pega UI/UX design case lifecycle management and decisioning rules.
  • Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
