Job Description
Role: Java Full Stack Lead
Location: Dallas-TX (5 Days Onsite)
Overall Exp: 15 years
Key Responsibilities:-
Lead the design development and deployment of scalable secure and high-performance web applications.

Architect and implement application solutions using Core Java and J2EE frameworks.

Guide and mentor team members in coding code reviews and Agile best practices.
-
Apply J2EE design patterns to build robust backend components.
-
Oversee the development and integration of RESTful APIs and microservices.
-
Lead UI design and development efforts using Angular or React.
-
Define and maintain DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Git.
-
Ensure comprehensive test coverage using JUnit and Mockito.
-
Provide technical leadership in database design (SQL and NoSQL) and optimization.
-
Drive event-driven architecture leveraging Kafka and Kubernetes (EKS).

Champion cloud solutions using AWS services including:
-
EKS Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL DynamoDB S3
-
IAM Route 53 ELB SNS SQS MSK
-
CloudWatch for monitoring and observability

Collaborate with product owners business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
-
Foster a culture of continuous improvement innovation and ownership.

10 years of experience in full stack application development

Strong proficiency in Core Java J2EE and design patterns

Hands-on experience with Angular or React
-
Expertise in REST APIs microservices Spring Boot

CI/CD experience using Jenkins Git Docker Kubernetes

Strong testing skills with JUnit Mockito
-
Proficiency in both SQL (Aurora PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB) databases
-
Experience with Kafka MSK and event-driven architectures
-
Proven experience deploying applications in AWS Cloud infrastructure
-
Agile/Scrum experience; tools like Jira
