Position Overview:
Join our trauma services team as a Trauma Registrar supporting day-shift operations. This critical role maintains accurate trauma data systems to support quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Licensure/Certification: CAISS or CSTR certification (preferred)
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year as Trauma Registrar
- Pediatric trauma setting experience (plus)
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Image Trend Trauma Registry
- EPIC EMR experience (preferred)
- Soft Skills: Meticulous attention to detail Strong analytical and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Abstract and code trauma patient data according to NTDS standards
- Maintain integrity of trauma registry database
- Generate performance improvement reports for trauma services
- Ensure compliance with state/federal reporting requirements
- Collaborate with trauma program leadership on data initiatives
