The Position

The Orange Door is an integrated approach to support women and children experiencing family violence as well as vulnerable families around the wellbeing of their children and offers a support pathway for persons using violence. This means we work in partnership and side by side with other agencies which requires you to be open to working differently and collaboratively. We are looking for someone with expert knowledge and experience working clinical and social services management role with demonstrated capability to manage complexity risk and embed Child and Young Person practice.

The Children and Young Persons Practice Leader will hold responsibility for providing expert practice leadership on engaging children and young people assessing risk and needs for the infant child young person and family and supporting interventions for infants children and young people impacted by family violence and/or experiencing vulnerabilities due to other factors.
