Who you are:
As an IT Support Engineer at Hometap you will be responsible for delivering exceptional first-line IT support to all Hometap employees. Youll provide IT support and troubleshooting for end users while provisioning equipment managing systems and cloud services supporting security initiatives and participating in hardware inventory and technology rollouts.
Youre a great fit if you bring experience in an IT role and a strong desire to provide outstanding service to end users. You enjoy collaborating within a team supporting IT projects and working independently in a lean fast-paced environment. You have excellent attention to detail coupled with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Youre someone who loves helping others and is able to bring a positive attitude and sense of humor to your work.
