Job Description Summary
The Director Talent Management Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor and organizational consultant to senior leadership aligning talent strategies with business goals to drive organizational performance and workforce development. This role bridges between enterprise and local business needs including enterprise-wide talent initiatives leadership development succession planning performance management workforce planning and employee engagement. By leveraging data and industry best practices the Director ensures that talent solutions are innovative equitable and responsive to current and future workforce needs. This leader collaborates closely with HR business units and senior executives to build a high-performing inclusive and agile culture that supports growth and transformation.
Education
Bachelor Level Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; will accept related experience in lieu of degree.
Experience
7 years Human Resources experience
3 years of Human Resources Leadership
Preferred experience Acute and Post Acute
