Job Description

JOB TITLE: Records and Information Management (RIM) System Administrator

Location: Baton Rouge Louisiana- Primarily remote

Duration: 4 years

The proposed services include:

  • Managing the installation administration configuration and support of applications.
  • Coordinating enhancements modifications or upgrades with users developers business analysts infrastructure teams governance groups and change management teams to ensure alignment in testing processes.
  • Preparing documentation related to system provisioning maintenance and support.
  • Initiating roll-back procedures and providing information related to validation and components.
  • Offering training to new users and leading troubleshooting efforts for system issues.

Mandatory qualifications:

  • At least 3 years experience in implementing Records and Information Management (RIM) systems.

Preferred but not required qualifications:

  • Experience providing technical support and troubleshooting for RIM applications.
  • Experience integrating RIM applications with other enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with system administration tasks including system configuration and performance monitoring.

Knowledge of the following components or similar technologies is beneficial: Case Foundation (workflow) Content Manager (document repository) and Enterprise Records Foundation (retention management).
