The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel San Jose is looking for a Front Desk Agent to join the team! Hourly Rate: The starting hourly rate for this role is $25.56 and it will increase after 90-day probation period to $31.95 per hour. This hourly rate is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

A Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Other Compensation
Front Office Upselling Incentive Program Commission based program based on upsell generated revenue. Revenue is calculated as time of guest check-out. Upsell revenue can include; room type upgrades early check-in fee late check out fees and late cancellation fees.
