Purpose of role The Partnerships Coordinator will be responsible for building and maintaining essential administrative operational and process development support for the fundraising function ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and laying the groundwork for efficient and professional fundraising practices.
Primary responsibilities The job holder will have the following key responsibilities:
Partnership Coordination
Provide input into the design and implement tools and processes for pipeline tracking donor stewardship reporting prospect research and fundraising performance analysis.
Maintain accurate records of donors prospects and grant pipelines.
Help set up CRM systems to ensure data integrity and usability of partners/donors.
Support in the development and document key processes related to fundraising and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for streamlined fundraising workflows that improve efficiencies.
Schedule meetings manage notetaking and follow up on action points.
Manage thePartnerships Teams calendars and input into the wider organisational activity tracker.
Donor Engagement Coordination
Manage the administration of the Donor Group including maintaining member engagement records coordinating and disseminating communications scheduling the monthly meetings and preparing resources and materials.
Assist in the planning and delivery of fundraising and stewardship events including online briefings in-person receptions and virtual campaigns e.g. Big Gives Green Match Fund.
Support the Partnerships Manager inpreparing materials such as reports presentations and donor correspondence.
Support Award Management
Collectand reviewinformation on prospective funders to ensure compliance with organisational policies and legal obligations and preparedocumentation and coordinate responses to due diligence requests from funders.
Experience
Broad experience of administrative support ideally in the fundraising sector.
Good exposure to customer or donor databases
Significant experience infundraising operations development services or non-profit administration.
Significant experience coordinating logistics for proposals grant reporting or stewardship.
Experience in process mapping and improvement projects.
Familiarity with project management tools and methods.
Prior involvement in data analysis and reporting for fundraising.
Strong experience of data entry and record keeping.
Skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software (e.g. Excel Word PowerPoint)
Proficiency in CRM/database management (e.g. Salesforce Raisers Edge)
