Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop implement and direct quality programs that meet or exceed client expectations
- Provide strategic direction for the design and sustainability of quality and compliance programs
- Build successful relationships with team members account personnel and client stakeholders
- Actively collaborate with the JLLs Life Sciences Quality Council to share best practices
Compliance & Quality Management
- Ensure JLLs Life Sciences Quality Management System meets ISO 9001:2015 requirements
- Manage quality programs including non-conformance investigations CAPAs training compliance vendor qualifications and external audits
- Oversee GxP third-party vendors compliance program (qualification agreements audits)
- Maintain infrastructure and compliance documentation to meet regulatory requirements
- Interface with clients quality personnel to ensure proper documentation per ALCOA guidelines
Team & Performance Management
- Supervise mentor and develop team members to maintain the highest quality culture environment
- Develop and analyze trend reports related to facility compliance operations
- Prepare periodic account status reports on Quality Programs
- Continuously improve quality processes systems and overall client satisfaction
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelors degree in science (or equivalent experience) with 15 years in quality engineering facilities design or production/facility operations
- Thorough understanding of international cGxP regulations relating to facilities and utilities supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Experience with quality engineering techniques (Investigations RCAs CAPAs Audit programs)
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for all levels of management
- Demonstrated leadership ability to foster a compliant ethical quality culture
Preferred
- Engineering in Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) certification
- Experience with Quality Management Software (TrackWise MasterControl Success Factors)
- Previous leadership experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing environments
