We have a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse Educator to work within the Clinical Governance Department in the capacity of Clinical Governance and Education Lead.
Reporting to the Clinical Education and Infection Prevention Control Manager the primary focus of this role is to drive the design and implementation of clinical education programs and innovative practice initiatives that support high-quality evidence-based care aligned with Montefiores strategic vision. This role champions continuous learning enhances clinical excellence and fosters system-wide improvement while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practice models.
The Role:
Critical to the position is your ability to lead support and educate staff on clinical topics promote and participate in a culture of learning and development and promote a wellness model with stakeholders. Consulting with clinical leaders you will support teams to address clinical risks by improving clinical systems & processes through provision of education and training as well as oversee safe medication management. Additionally you will support regulatory compliance and sound clinical governance and work collaboratively with the L&D department to implement the clinical education strategic plan.
Along with the essential criteria you will demonstrate effective leadership skills excellent clinical decision making critical thinking and have well developed written and verbal communication skills to enable collaborative working relationships.
